| Abstract | The SSP involved visits to UK and US Military postgraduate educational institutions and the US Army Combined Arms Support Command(CASCOM) The main area of interest was research and education in the field of Logistic Simulation, with side interests in Logistic Management Education and Distance Learning Techniques. The presentation will revolve around extracts from the resultant reports, describing how RMCS Shrivenham, the US Army Logistic Management College, US Air Force Institute of Technology, the US Naval Postgraduate School and CASCOM conduct research and postgraduate education in Simulation and Distance Learning. It will finish with recommendations for how the School of Computer Science could progress these two areas. |
